Amazing service packaging my Mac Studio Display for cross country shipping. I had queried several businesses, and Mail Station was not only the most responsive but also offered the most competitive pricing. I was very worried the monitor would get damaged in transit because I did not have a shipping box (only the original box), so I paid for full insurance and provided clear instructions, dimensions, and pictures, and Emily went above and beyond to accommodate by customizing an outer box, including cushions, peanuts, and bubble wrap, and labeling the outside to ensure careful handling in transit. The monitor arrived safely and undamaged! Even the box was in good shape -- see before and after photos. It is a very subtle but super convenient place. I come here dropping of my UPS, FedEx, and USPS packages (so I don't have to go 3 different places), also came once to do notary, and currently considering their mailbox service. The people here are really nice and patient. The place is clean and usually not too busy so I can get my things done quickly. Also plenty of parking, great one-stop shop!

I haven't shipped internationally much, but harry was such a big help. I realized I don't think I went through the whole process of preparing the package and customs correctly. He explained the process and we were able to troubleshoot how I need to prepare the shipment. Super helpful dude, can't thank him enough!
